Supernatural Conference, Ogun State, 2024, Day 2 Recap
The sun was shining brightly as the morning session kicked off around 10:40 am, and there was an undeniable sense of excitement in the air. Pastor Segun took the stage, gently leading the congregation in a few moments of worship. The atmosphere quickly shifted into a deeper place of reverence when Minister Khemmy Solution stepped forward, guiding us all into 20 minutes of profound, heartfelt worship. It was as if the heavens had opened, and we were ushered into God’s presence.
Right on the hour at 11:00 am, Pastor Daramola took the stage. After a brief but powerful prayer, he opened his message by quoting Isaiah 66:1: “This is what the Lord says: ‘Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Where will my resting place be?’” With this, he began to unravel a powerful truth: God’s dwelling place is within us, His people.
As he taught, Pastor Daramola began to flow in the Spirit, releasing prophetic words. His voice became a vessel for God’s message:
“ I am your strength; I am the life on your inside ‘tongues’ saith the Lord…for I am your strength for you can never grow weak for I will be your aid I will take you by hands ‘tongues’ I see and I can hear your cry and I can see your tears for I will walk you by the hands.
I am the one that has been with you I will never leave you nor forsake you ‘tongues’ yea yea I say ‘tongues’ saith the Lord yes I know you have been worried you think you are alone but no you are not alone, yes you are not alone you are not alone ‘tongues’ for you are not like unto them that draws back to perdition no for I am with you always ‘tongues’ the promise I made to you is that I will be with you even when you go through water ,even when you pass through fire I am with you always
‘tongues’ all things work together for your good, you can never be disadvantaged ‘tongues’ you are not of them that will lose, you have an advantage over the earth, you have an advantage over the circumstances of the earth, irrespective of what happens I am with you always.
I’m with you to walk you through it ‘tongues’ pressure will come yes pains will come; it will look as if you should give up but no, I am with you. Hallelujah.”
The entire congregation was captivated as these words of comfort and encouragement washed over us like waves. Pastor Daramola reminded us of the Lord’s promise that, no matter the trials or pressures we face, we are never alone. God’s presence is with us through it all, and because of this, we are never disadvantaged.
As the prophetic word settled, Pastor Daramola transitioned into teaching on the ministry gifts and the five-fold ministry. He explained how the offices of Apostle, Prophet, Teacher, Pastor, and Evangelist are unique callings. However, while not everyone is called to these offices, all believers are gifted with the Holy Spirit. He emphasized that the Spirit of God, living within us, is the custodian of spiritual gifts—gifts that empower us to operate supernaturally.
Quoting Joel 2:28-29, Pastor Daramola highlighted how God promised to pour out His Spirit on all people, enabling His sons and daughters to prophesy, dream dreams, and see visions. The presence of God in us enables us to function in these gifts, but the call to the five-fold ministry is separate—it is a divine calling.
He went on to explain the ministry of reconciliation, reminding us that every believer is called to be a minister of the New Testament. We are not just saved for ourselves but to share this gift of salvation with others. Christ’s death brought forgiveness of sins, and as His followers, we are called to lead others to that same grace.
As our man of God spoke, there was a sudden shift in the atmosphere. The Healing Prophet began singing in tongues, and with the interpretation of those tongues, the power of God fell mightily upon the people. The air was charged with the presence of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Daramola moved through the congregation, laying hands on individuals, and the miraculous began to unfold. A young man who had been suffering from partial deafness was healed right before our eyes, as the man of God declared healing over those with the condition.
It was a morning of transformation—marvelous testimonies of healing and deliverance were recorded, and lives were changed forever. God’s Spirit moved mightily, and we were left in awe of His power and love.
